On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to announce that the 12th International Conference on Sustainable Development (ICSD 2026) will be held from October 14 to 18, 2026, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The conference will be organized in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and virtual participation, thereby ensuring broad international accessibility and engagement.
The International Conference on Sustainable Development serves as a premier interdisciplinary platform for social scientists, life scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present and discuss their latest research findings, innovative ideas, and practical applications across all dimensions of sustainable development, including environmental, health, energy, economic, and socio-cultural issues. The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars from around the world to foster collaboration and promote the exchange of knowledge in this critical field.
All participants whose submissions are accepted and who complete their registration will have the opportunity to attend and present their work either on-site or virtually. Participants who prefer virtual presentation are kindly requested to select the “Video Presentation” option during the abstract submission process.
Please note that all accepted abstracts and full papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts and the Conference Proceedings, which are indexed by EBSCO Publishing, Ipswich, MA, USA. In addition, selected high-quality manuscripts will be published in the European Journal of Sustainable Development Research (EJSDR), also indexed by EBSCO Publishing.
